Superior Steel Stamp….a company rich in history

In 1914, The Superior Steel Stamp Company was founded in Cleveland, OH, and became a pioneer in the world of precision steel hand stamps and marking dies. Originally engaging exclusively in the manufacturing of steel stamps and other marking devices, our fabrication and precision engraving methods ensured uniform depth, perfect alignment, and spacing of all characters. Throughout the following decades, our engineers were at the forefront of technological advancements, which allowed for increased capabilities to better service the growing demand for hand stamps and production line metal marking dies for various industrial, aerospace, automotive and a variety of other sectors. Today we are still proudly servicing these same industries and more. Staying true to our ongoing quest for innovation, we have further expanded our capabilities to handle a wide variety of high precision machining with the capacity for large volume production as well as providing solutions to help customers optimize their marking abilities.
