A strong RFQ starts with the details that control how the part will be made. For CNC milling, turning, EDM, grinding, finishing, engraving, or marking work, include the drawing, material, quantity, tolerance, finish expectation, and target timing whenever those details are available.
Photos, samples, CAD files, sketches, and part-use notes are also helpful. If the part needs a permanent mark, include character size, depth, location, production method, and whether the mark will happen before or after coating, heat treat, plating, or assembly.
